Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. For custom or oversized furniture pieces, white-glove delivery may take between 3 to 6 weeks depending on your location.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer fabric swatches before I purchase?
Yes! We understand the importance of texture and color. You can order a curated swatch kit from our 'Samples' page to see how our textiles look in your specific lighting.

Each product comes with a digital care guide. Generally, we recommend avoiding harsh chemicals and direct sunlight for wood and fabric items to maintain their natural beauty.
Do you provide assembly services?
Most of our larger furniture pieces include optional White Glove Delivery, which features professional assembly and removal of all packaging materials.
